Invitation On 1st Death Anniversary

Ok, a little curiosity, that inspires you can be ... In
tinkering around with the numbers, I found a nice formula:

Now the tenths digit is 1.
is also the number of divisors of 1.
The hundredths digit is 2, and is also the number of divisors of 2.
The number of thousandths is 2 and is also the number of divisors of 3.
The next digit is the number of divisors of 4, and so on ...

Generalizing,

By typing the decimal point on the inverter Plouffe (wonderful site that can recognize the properties of numbers), I see that my theory seems good;

How can we justify this?

Looking at the number of divisors, and spotting the decimal point that are equal to 2, one could recognize primes.

Is this a track to determine if large numbers are prime? Why?
