an octahedron fractal folding balloon
For the birthday of my son, I tried to sculpt balloons. After reading the basics (start filming the next node, leaving a little tail so as not to burst the balloon, the simple twist to secure the bubbles), my professional bias made me think about constructing polyhedra with this new material. After many trials and thousands of broken balloons, I made this octahedron. I'll stop there, because I think it is the only Platonic solid that I can make with a single ball. Why?
